Excellent service, would use it again!
Adam hooked us up with Beymen Painting and both provided an excellent service. We called on Monday and the painting started Friday it only took 2 days and Ali and Ali did an incredible job while being super friendly and professional. Would absolutely use the service again. Only thing to bear in mind is that given paint can be so variable in cost it may be worth sourcing your own so you take the complication out of the painter trying to find the exact one you want within the budget they get from Adam.

Painters don’t care about timeline
Painter was supposed to start working on Friday, and he did not contact me at all. Reached out to him the afternoon before to agree on the time and he claimed I had to provide dust sheets and tape (which clearly was mentioned in agreement were provided by the linter). On the day when he was supposed to start he called me saying he could not make it for the day at 8am. Worried about lack of reliability I asked to the manager to get another painter who would have come the following day. I got reassigned to “one of the best” painters the have. Again he did not reach out to me and I had to text him. He said he accepted the job but he did not realize work was supposed to start next day (Saturday) and he could only make a start on following Tuesday evening. Reached out to manager again but no answers..
Basically the work will (hopefully) start after the day it was supposed to be completed. Awful service and very unreliable staff.

A fantastic service. The office responded to my enquiry within 12 hours and the job began two days later. Extremly efficient and easy to work with system as you can specify all the job's requirements online and get an approximate quote instantly. My painter Constantin was absolutely excellent. Flawless finish
I had the interior of my place in Sydney repainted and couldn’t be happier with the results. The painter was punctual, friendly, and really took the time to prep everything properly. They patched a few cracks and smoothed the walls before starting, which made a huge difference. The colour came out exactly as I’d hoped, and the finish is flawless. They were tidy throughout and left the place spotless. It’s refreshing to work with someone so professional and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

Great work and really seamless experience
Used Painter Adam's services in Edinburgh. My painter, Rayner, was fabulous! He was always on time and very polite and easy to deal with. He did an amazing job, even coming back the next day to touch up a more yellowed patch of the wall. He did absolutely fantastic work. Dealing with Painter Adam as a service was really nice and easy. The quote was very reasonable and they phoned me in person to talk it through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody! :)

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! That’s all I have to say. They sent a random and very unprofessional painter to my flat, did a very poor service. When you complain, they say that they can’t do anything since they just introduced me to the painter.
They only pressure you to leave positive opinions.
But please, I don't recommend it at all!!!

Speed over quality
Idea is great , site easy to use for booking painter . However, it was too good to be true , painter arrived early to have a look at what he needed to do , then left to get a ladder .came back and had dirty paint trays and asked for plastic bags to cover them then pour the paint in . Went away again after a while . Spent maybe an hour then said could I come and check the work . There were bits of fluff and old dry paint from the dirty trays on the walls so I asked him to sand them all out and do another coat . Then I looked at the skirting boards, he had not filled or sanded them before painting . They were rough . I asked him was he happy with his work and would he be happy if it was his house and he said no . So he tried to fill gaps with caulk over the not quite dry paint and paint over that straight away . When I explained over the phone what had happened and that I would have preferred quality over speed they did offer to redo it , but we had a guest coming to stay for a while and wasn’t possible so I asked for a discount . They asked for photographs to prove it was not done correctly . We had already put the room back together and the photos didn’t really show how rough the wood was .they wouldn’t send someone over to look . So I have just paid them and am leaving a 2 for a review instead .
