Not a honest company
Not a honest company. Shipped my airbag module back in Feb/25 and I paid for $300 in insurance. They say UPS lost my module but won’t pay out the insurance claim. I did talk to UPS directly and they said myairbags was sent a refund of $165 in late February. They said they didn’t pay the $300 because my airbags put a value of $5 on the shipment. It cost me over $1000 to replace and program the replacement that was lost. My airbags got paid and kept the refund! They got paid by me to erase the data and stole my part of my insurance payout. Very dishonest. Very incompetent! Other companies provide this service don’t use these guys. Dealing with them has been horrible, specifically their shipping manager. They should fire that person!
