Failed when I needed it most over a bank holiday weekend. No one available from Friday evening until Tuesday morning to help resolve an issue with ALL calls being duplicated and not answered resulting in lots of missed calls for my business. Only support available was Sales which is convenient if you want to buy from them but no customer service support.
Supplied number stopped working and we have found out about it from customers who started emailing as number was not reachable.
I have contacted customer service hoping that they will dealt with it immediately, but instead lady just took a message and suggested that I do not have telephone support (never knew that you need to get it-SOMEHOW to keep service alive!), so I can't speak to anyone.
It's been now 1.5 days since number is not working and I haven't had single update about the case, so I have no choice as to worn others that regardless of how much credit you have on your pay-as-you-go service (I currently have enough to get few calls and messages) - calls might just stop and you will have no idea about service not working because alldadPA have NO SERVICE MONITORING. BE PREPARED TO LOOSE CALLS
