I found out about My Amazon guy in the first quarter of 2024. I stumbled upon one of their YouTube videos and I just started to follow it closely before I decided to sign up with them. I gain free knowledgeable information through their YouTube videos, and it got me to wonder what it's all about. In July 2024 we ended up signing up with them and we got a place with an awesome brand director. The brand director, and the senior account management, and the whole team in general are all very professional. They give you great advice on how to execute certain things and how to present your brand in order to catch the customers eyes.
When we sent up for account we had clear goals in mind to close the year out in 2024, and we were extremely surprised by the results. They helped us increase our sales dramatically and helped with having better images and descriptions in our listing. They helped us rank on our converting keywords tremendously. They stretched our dollar when it came to advertising by having great ACOS. I send that for the full service package and I am glad that we did.
We have been working together for 10 months now, and I plan on keeping them on for a while. I was very skeptical at first about bringing in an agency to take over my Amazon account and take it to the next level, I wish I would've done it sooner.
We have worked with My Amazon Guy for several years and they are awesome! We have some interesting business needs and unique qualities and MAG has helped us leverage those for great results on Amazon. Our brand reps and account managers are highly skilled and work alongside us daily to keep our store and seller account running smoothly. Highly recommend!
I haven’t even used MAG but I’ve been following his journey for the past few years, both on his self and on his business, and it’s been incredibly inspiring for me as a 24 year-old. His YouTube is also very very helpful.!
I have been using MAG for the past year. I hired them to create A+ content for Amazon, improve my images, titles, and bullet points which including approximately 2,000 products. Their work was excellent and every person who worked on my account was very professional. I was able to track the progress easily and we had zoom meetings every two weeks to keep me updated. They offered new ideas of other possible things they could do in my account, but never were pushy about anything. I am sure I will use them again someday, but for now this project is over and they improved my conversion rate from all of their fantastic work.
Working with Noah has been a great experience.
He delivered more than I expected — not just in terms of knowledge, but in how present and genuinely helpful he was throughout our conversations. It didn’t feel like a copy-paste mentorship; it felt like he actually understood where I was coming from and gave me honest, practical advice based on that.
He’s clear, direct. If you’re looking for someone real — not just hype — Noah’s definitely someone I’d recommend. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear — he told me what I needed to hear.
Sometimes we think we know what we want, but we don’t really evaluate all the options or consider what actually fits who we are. That can lead to frustrating outcomes.
Changing the way I look at the business has helped me a lot — and Noah played a big role in that.
Again, he went above and beyond. He asked the right questions that made me reflect on my actions and rethink my direction.
I regret hiring My Amazon Guy. There are three major reasons why I’m leaving a 1-star review:
1. Incomplete and poorly executed listing work
Before the contract ended, I paid for product photo updates. Not only did they fail to complete the task, but the images they did touch were misplaced, swatches were arranged incorrectly, and they refused to fix anything after the contract expired. It was a half-baked job that looked outsourced and rushed.
2. Misleading product descriptions just to chase traffic
They submitted new listing descriptions based on keyword research, but many replaced our accurate, optimized descriptions with misleading copy just to get more traffic. One example: they called our confetti cannons "smoke bombs" just because that keyword converts better — even though that’s absolutely not what the product is. I made it clear I didn’t want to mislead customers, but they pushed forward anyway. I had to fix everything myself.
3. No increase in ad return — despite their promises
One of the big selling points was their claim that they'd increase return on ad spend (ROAS). That didn’t happen. In fact, there was no meaningful improvement in performance, and I was left paying for an ad strategy that didn’t move the needle.
They’ll probably respond to this review with a polished-sounding excuse like they have with others and try to push it onto the customer, but my experience lines up with other real negative reviews. I should’ve trusted my gut instead of the questionable glowing testimonials.
I have continued to reach out to this company about completing the agreed work for what I paid $1,100 for initially! I have files not approved by me of which they then failed to respond through many email conversations. This company took my hard-earned money with false promises, and I would warn anyone not to trust this company. Beware if it's too good to be true!!

After paying several thousand dollars, there has been no follow-up contact from this company.
I didn't go with their biggest package, opting for a smaller one. I asked them to please get in touch with me after 60 days for a follow-up to see what else they could do for me.
After their delivery, I have been ghosted.
No follow-up whatsoever.
After watching some YouTube videos and hiring a few people on Fiverr, I accomplished what they could for a tenth of the cost.
I worked with Mariflor from MAG for my entire listing optimization including A+ and storefront. The whole process was seamless, great communication, weekly updates and transparency from them. Additionally, the review process for images were simple and easy to add comments. The team did their best to bring out what I requested. I highly recommend them.
My Amazon guy always delivers updated content that a successful Amazon seller needs to succeed in the modern day world.
Great 5-Day free challenge! I was not sure what to expect...probably a lot of teasers to get you to commit to lots of consulting and products but this was not the case. Each day they provided hugely valuable info and tools to help me improve my Amazon listings. They responded promptly to Q&A and Chats which was great. Very engaging and helpful!
I have enjoyed learning through the various MAG offerings. I was skeptical at first but at this point I have done webinars, courses and purchased SOPs. Every person and interaction has been great! Thanks!
These are amazing guys, and they go extra mile to help their clients.
I had the worst experience I hired this company to help me with listing ads in amazon . We didn’t get that far , during login it said I had to be verified so I thought not an issue just set a different date to do this and the rep told me they would email me how to do this on video clips. And I paid 350.00 for VGC this. And got nothing out of it . I’m still doing this myself. And I even called them the next day back to back and got nothing answer , I even left a message and got no phone call back . So I contacted PayPal to dispute the transaction . I don’t recommend this company to anyone it is very over rated. I hope the public sees how this company treats unhappy clients they put them down and beat them
Out of there money . And it was where I was logging into amazon not my computer . So this response from them should sum it up .
