Nothing went wrong with my order.
I ordered the main bookcase in a white, it came in a secure and well padded box. Due to an offer, I also ordered an extra set of books which came in the box with the bookcase.
The item were in good condition, and arrived in 12 days. I live in the UK.
same as the other reviews. Email received with the order, then I wrote to the support emails (both fake with a wrong delivery message). Opening now a claim with the bank.
I ordered the bookshelf from this company (myanxietybookshelf.com) and got an immediate email stating that my order had been received. They never responded to my requests for a tracking number or order status. I finally failed a claim with PayPal. When paypal started an investigation, they sent a tracking number stating it was shipped. The next day I received a notice from the post office that it would not be delivered due to not having enough postage. Paypal has refunded me 100%.
If you are looking for a good quality anxiety bookshelf, I purchased one from anxietybookshelf.com, (NO "my" in the address) which actually came and is lovely.
I placed an order with this company and promptly received an order confirmation. However, the product never arrived. After weeks of waiting, I reached out to their customer service multiple times but have not received any response.
To make matters worse, they have not refunded my money either, leaving me completely in the dark about my order status. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to risk losing your money. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from them again.

The confirmation email states that you need to log in to the website to view your tracking, but there is no information available. There’s no option to see anything related to my order or even log in for that matter.
I sent an email but haven’t received any response.
I really hope I’ve just been extremely unlucky and will hear from them soon – if that’s the case, I’ll make sure to update my review.
Unfortunately, at this point, my expectation is that this is a scam, and I can only recommend that you stay away.
