My experience with My Auto Guard extended warranty car services was the time and effort the employees took and manager himself …to close the sale but deceived me in the end. I don't recommend these
What made my sign up experience great with My Auto Guard extended car warranty service company was the fact the representatives seems very concerned in helping me to obtain the service and they even went as far as following the chain of command to avoid n prevent loss of customer. More importantly, they made me feel they are legit company out to help others maintain their vehicles which in turn saves jobs and lives. I had quite a lot of negativity about these types of services from stories I've heard from experiences of others. I hope when I do need to take advantage of services my experiences are smooth, thorough and complete. As of 4/06/2026, Im very dissatisfied with My Auto Guard.com not refunding me for canceling policy before using services due to their wait time 30 days/1000 miles which my vehicle didn't wait that long & I was told I could cancel n would get refund upon canceling before 30 days. They refused to refund me for down payment and 1st month payment. I'm not a fan of these services nor this system of works within this country are non conducive to life and are making citizens lose their minds and faith in this country and God.

Didn’t identify upfront that this was a replacement for my current plan. I had to ask. Also, I was promised oil changes as part of the plan yet that’s not part of the contract. I also didn’t realize that I would have to wait another thousand miles before the contract would kick in. I’d already done that with my prior company. Just be upfront with information so that I know what I’m getting.

Customer service is awful, i have four cars covered by you're company, been taking money out of my account for a while and time.I get a oil change , I get gypped.. Call process is garbage and customers will know other ways

Deductible is variable not flat
Contract shows that the deductible is NOT a flat $200, but rather is a % of the bill or $200, whichever is higher..... That is flat out misrepresentation and so I cancelled during the "Free Looj Period" ....

Policy was misrepresentative. It’s not an extended warranty. It is a maintenance policy and IPolicy was misrepresentative it’s not an extended warranty. It is a maintenance policy and I asked them repeated times. If this is an extended warranty, i’ve sent three emails to cancel. I’ve got no response. good night recommend an inner circumstances.
