Excellent service from Auto Hero. Ordered my battery and booked the fitting service on a day to suit me. A very polite and well presented technician turned up, fitted the new battery and took away the old at my home. No hanging about at service centers waiting for it to be sorted. The price including fitting and was very competitive.

It was easy to book an appointment with the company.The website was easy to navigate.I was given a choice of batteries with cost which included fitting at my home address.They arrived when they said they would.the mechanic was efficient and very polite.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to other after their excellent service.

Last night I had total loss of power, doors, boot and electric handbrake of course inoperable. Totally stuck in the drive. Sent an email last night and by 0902hrs Ross rang me and arranged to come to my home. He arrived and was professional, friendly and efficient fixing the car for me. 3 yr guarantee on the stop start battery means stress free times ahead for me

Such an easy process from start to finish. Made my order online which was easy put my number plate in they told me which battery’s were available for my car picked my battery and booked my slot which was at the earliest convenience. Guy showed up in the morning battery was changed within about 20 minutes such a friendly polite gentleman it was a smooth process. No problems so far so good. Definitely recommend to friends and family. 5 stars from me

Saved having to try jump starting and then the hassle of taking it somewhere and waiting ages for a new battery to be fitted. Well worth the additional cost to have it delivered and fitted, totally stress free :)

Auto Hero definitely came to our rescue on Monday and cannot praise their service enough. My daughter had been on holiday and we were picking her up in her car on Tuesday from the airport but found that on Sunday her car would not start because the battery was flat. It completely died after a couple of attempts but also sent the electric windows down before it did!! We tried to charge the battery but did not hold any charge. Contacted Auto Hero and after speaking to a very helpful young man on Monday at 9.00 am he was with us by 11.00 am that morning. Complete with two batteries as I was not sure what battery was needed. New battery fitted up and working within about 45 minutes. Cannot recommend Auto Hero enough. Could not have been more helpful at a reasonable price and with a 3 year guarantee. Delivered, fitted and now working perfectly. So relieved for their help and quick support. Many, many thanks.
