I honestly couldn't thank Auto hero enough! I needed my windscreen wipers changed quickly, as my car was due in for an MOT that week. I messaged Auto hero and they made time to come out and fix them ASAP! Their customer service is outstanding, they're polite, friendly, honest and very well priced! I rang Auto Hero at 3.30pm and by 4.30pm they were at my house sorting out the battery on my car. What a fantastic service they provide. The young man that came fully tested my old battery and it showed hardly any life left in it. Within about 20 mins i had a new battery fitted and he even took the old one away. He was polite and very thorough. Highly recommend this company and really great price. Thanks for saving the day.

Second time using Auto Hero, thought we needed a recharge. Fitted us in ASAP same day, and found the issue to be something else and was replaced under warranty from first visit. Completely transparent and honest, back on the road in 20 minutes. Can’t recommend them enough!

Battery dead.
Was not 100% sure at the time but after checking the starter motor and alternator, it was confirmed by Adam that the battery had died after 10 years in use.
Adam did a superb job and the pre quoted price was very reasonable indeed.
