I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with MyAutoPartsOnline.com. They lied about refund timelines, never provided a promised return label, and kept saying they’d get back to me within two days but never did, and have not got paid the refund back.Avoid this company at all cost

Scam

Scam . They sell you parts that are damaged, will not refund your money and when you dispute it with your bank they tell you to drop dispute and still will not give your money back. Run from this company. They need to be out of business.

They have my car part and my money

This company is a fraud, do not use, They do not even deserve a 1 star, 9/19/2024 is when I purchased the car hose, which was paid for with a credit card, the charge was $186.54, and they took my money the day I did the order. When we received the hose was way to big, not even taken out of box you could tell by looking at it that it had never been touched. Called, was given an RMA#112613929 on 11/20/24, yes it took me 2 months to get my return label, they kept telling me it was coming when I would call. I returned the hose the next day and they received it 2 days later per my tracking#. Now it is March 29, 2025 which is 4 months and 50 calls, emails and 20 or so texts to a representative named Alex #661-418-5353 & to regular customer service 855-231-6500 with them stringing me along telling me that it is being processed in a different facility so per Alex it takes them a little longer waiting for them to refund money, I have all of my proof of everything, copies of order, label, emails, texts and I even just emailed them again the beginning of April, they emailed me 2 days later telling me how sorry they are for the inconvenience this has caused me and they will get back to me in 2 days to get this resolved and get my return processed. Well, now it is April 25th, 2025 I emailed again last week with no reply back at all! How do you take my money and my new returned car part! If this company was legitimate how would that happen? And I did not slip through the cracks nor did they forget about me bc I have called, emailed and text this Alex to many times.
