I was scammed. I ordered before Christmas. It's March and I have not received the products.

I bought boots through this company. They sent the wrong color and refused my refund. They expected me to pay for shipping back. The boots were very cheap looking and made. Nothing like the picture.

I ordered some lightning McQueen in January crocs and not until feb 7 i got a message the they are coming soon and they never came and they also stole my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company is a scam. An order was placed in December for shoes and they have yet to provide information regarding the order. They say they sent out the shoes to a postal box which we do NOT have. They are asking that we go back and forth with the post office for the package when the delivery address is a physical address. The company is taking absolutely NO response for the mistakes that the have made and they are providing what seems to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you needs any shoes than they provide please go to the manufacturer website because if you order with this company it is absolutely going to result in NOTHING and you may as well stick your money in the trash.

I ordered shoes on 1/3/26 and it’s now 2/4/26 a month later and I haven’t heard from them. I sent them numerous emails inquiring about the product I purchased and nothing! This company didn’t deliver and stole my money. Please don’t waste your time and money on this fraudulent company.

I ordered some snow boots. Followed the tracking from China. Got a notice they had been delivered - notice arrived approx 2 weeks after stated delivery date. Did not receive the boots. Wrote to customer service I think 5 or 6 times and every time they sent me the tracking that the boots had arrived even after I repeatedly stated that the boots did not arrive. Asked for a refund and they sent me the tracking information again. Gave up - no boots and no $. I’m disappointed that companies can get away with these types of business practices. I would not trust this company AT ALL.

I ordered a pair of Bradford Winter Snow Boots two months ago and never received them. When I placed the order I thought they were coming from Ontario. Coming from Canada how bad could they be? But they actually come from China! What a scam! I've been in contact with the company through emails. The last email they sent me was a tracking # that seems to exist somewhere in the USPS system. But it's not my tracking #! I've contacted my local post office and they are aware of this company. Many people besides me have experienced the same issues! Do not order anything from this company! It is a total scam! I give them a negative 0 review!

Ordered a pair on 11/19/2025. Shipping is from China, not US/Canada. Took over the 10-15 days they promised. Claims they were shipped with another tracking company also out of China. Never arrived. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM

This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. After an extremely long wait, I received the wrong colors and they didn’t look at all like they were pictured. I notified them and they offered me a 20% discount to keep them. I accepted and it was never issued. Additionally, I have worn 1 pair exactly 1 time and they are already falling apart. This company is a a Chinese based scam and you should not purchase from them.

Fake. They look and act legit and fake. I realized somethjng was wrong when the tracking website they used asked me to pay for tracking and i get the same revolving door email with no info. I noticed they took customer service teciews off their website. I wrote them telling them that this is all a scsm and i want my money back. I doubt i will receive a response or money back.

I ordered a pair of nice looking house slippers. First of all it took two months to receive them. Secondly they send a completely different really ugly pair of slippers, and on top of it a very small size so I cannot even wear them. I paid for the slippers, and over 8 dollars for shipping, on top of that my bank charged me over a dollar for an overseas transaction. I bought them through PayPal and lodged a complaint. The first offer from My Beach Shoes was $ 14 , I refused. They finally credited me the $ 29.00 cost of the slippers, but not the freight charges etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!! I CANNOT GIVE THEM A MORE NEGATIVE REVIEW, BEWARE!!! 👎

Scam. Do not order from them. Impossible to return and they do not fit properly

No Stars Beware… these are vinyl shoes Nothing like the picture.. something like I seen in Nigeria on the side of a dirt road being made by a poor old lady with glue. Don’t believe the photo! Stay away! Also 5 weeks to receive them.. Again just like the old Nigerian lady had to mail them.

Ridiculously slow delivery, (4 weeks). The 2 links they provided for tracking were inoperative, (the first blocked by web-service as insecure, the second behind a hyperactive captcha that never unlocked. What exactly do they fear a malevolent robot will do with shipment tracking, fire lasers at the delivery person and steal the shoes?). When the order did arrive the shoes were the wrong make, color and size. Their response to my complaint was an assurance that they stand by their product and a snotty implication that I didn't know how to read their website.

Stay away! Two months ago I ordered a lousy pair of shoelaces. I just received something. The wrong ones. Haven't heard from them since. This might not be an outright scam -- they sent something -- but it may as well be.

I’m really disappointed with this experience. The service/product did not meet my expectations. Communication was poor, and the quality was far below what was promised. I expected much better and wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.ps..Size was wrong too

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT even be interested in anything they have, you will not get what you specifically order! China based you will not get a refund! Stay away from this company! I ordered a certain color of shoe, and they didn't have it in stock so they say although it was listed as available they decided for me another color instead since the color I ordered was out of stock, how pathetic and stupid is this? Stay away!

I wish I could give Zero stars. I bought some beach sandals. I tried to return. The company website says they will provide a shipping label for return. But the company emailed me stating I have to pay to ship to China (approximately $80 shipping), and then they will decide if I get a partial refund. They say they moved to China. This company deserves to be shut down as they lie about their policies. The worst online experience ever.

This company is a scam. They lie about their return policy. They make returns impossible. They are operating out of China. DO NOT deal with them.
