Service was super, no concerns. The wig….just beautiful,hair looking very natural and the colour( chocolate smoke)absolutely number 1for me!!

Stacy is amazing I had my appointment within a day of calling and I can’t thank you enough. I was given the opportunity to try on a selection of wigs (fell in love with 2nd one I tried on). Stacy made me feel at ease throughout my appointment and is very knowledgeable and understanding. I now have a few more on my wish list that I can’t wait to get. Thanks to Stacy I have a new confidence with my hair I never thought I’d have again.

Fast delivery. Beautifully packaged. Gorgeous quality wig. Unfortunately it just wasn’t for me. That’s where the excellent after sales customer service kicks in. No issues with returning and refund promptly issued.

As ever 5 star service, the girls could not be more helpful answering all my questions and the fast delivery is outstanding. I will never go anywhere else for my wigs. Now I’m off to strut in my new Sutton Silversun Rooted, thank you girls for all your help. X

I can't give enough praise about MBW, their customer service is brilliant, Stacy always goes above & beyond to help in any way she can, she's an absolute star. I can highly recommend their wigs, beautiful, good quality & very realistic, I think my only gripe would be their very limited choice of petite wigs, but that goes for all wig companies, none of them stock enough choices in petite size wigs, so please take this on board, there are a lot of wig wearers who have small heads 🙂

I recently had an appointment here for a wig, which I was quite nervous about. Lynn put me at ease straight away, and was very kind and patient whilst I deliberated over style and colours. Even later on that afternoon when I was still trying to decide between two colours Lynn spent 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing. She is very knowledgeable on this subject and knows quite quickly what would suit / work for me and what wouldn't.
Feel very lucky to have this shop on my doorstop. I am already looking to make another appointment for a second wig.

Went for a consultation with Lynn for my first wig…. She was amazing. So helpful and made to feel completely at ease. I’ve come away with a wig that makes me feel like I’ve just walked out of the hairdressers. Can’t recommend My Beautiful Wigs enough x

My mum went for a consultation at My Beautiful Wigs in Hayes and I accompanied for moral support. We arrived rather apprehensive due to the nature of the appointment but our consultant Lynn (an absolute angel!) put us immediately at ease. We had a private consultation room and my mum was made to feel that she could take her time, try on as many different products as she liked and ask all the questions she wanted. Lynn was professional, knowledgeable but also very friendly, warm and kind. All the staff seemed very polite and friendly. Absolutely no judgement was felt in any way at all. It's a safe environment for a sensitive and often emotional experience. My mum will definitely be returning and we 100% recommend My Beautiful Wigs to all that need support, advice and assurance during their search for hair pieces whether they are new or experienced.

Absolutely brilliant service by Stacy from day 1. I spoke to her 3 times and She helped me with my choice of wig which I have now received and am really happy with.

After contacting my beautiful wigs asking them to advise me me on different styles and colours I finally chose Cameron in palm spring blond it exceeded my expectation, I always think its difficult to choose when you don't actually see it,they were so so helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble,also sending me videos of different wigs was great......thank you all so much at beautiful wigs...I would definitely recommend.....you were brilliant

Really wonderful service! Before puchasing I sent an email to get some clarification on colours between wig brands and Stacy went above and beyond and sent me photos so I could see the visual difference between the colours on wigs in the same lighting situation. The order arrived in good time, well packaged with no damage to the box and the wig looks amazing!

Fantastic service, friendly and helpful.
I spoke to Dawn and she explained and answered all my questions, putting my mind to rest. Lynn then spent time emailing me asking for photos to help choose the correct colour wig. Robyn was just so on the ball with posting and keeping me up to date with everything.
