And when the subscription got over without informing the stopped access to my data with all customers and asking me to renew for another 5k for me to download the data where I don't wish to take ther service anymore
Such a buggy product with a lot of bugs(Bulk product upload, edit, etc).
They disabled the Bulk upload features for us and limiting us to do manual. How we can delete all those 100+ products individually.
Very worst on customer care support. You can't reach them through call or email or live chat.
It is not much productive. The Invoice customization does not work as expected. The invoice and business details do not repeat in second page. It is worse. Also, the purchase price does not get updated with the new price when purchases were updated in the system. Better look for other billing software. When you go for free-trial period, sales team will call frequently and make an offer to purchase for 2 or 3 year plan. Please do not fall for the trap. Support team once you bought the software is useless. Lot of drawbacks considering the price and other billing tools.
