Modified: 06/12/23: Once I placed my review here, someone who knew what they were doing contacted me - apologized for the inconvenience, refunded my money and sent me the item I ordered.

I placed an order on March 26th as a present for my niece. It arrived quickly and was beautiful,

so on Apr 13th, I decided to reorder onefor myself. After a significant amount of time, I reached out thru the chat that I had not received the order.

End of Apr, They responded that they had tried to reach me because I didn't include the photos to use - I told them I didn't think I needed to include photos because I was reordering what I had previously ordered. They said for privacy reasons they could not reuse photos. So I resent the photos.

May 2nd, I asked if they received the photos and was told yes, they were sent to production

May 22nd I was told they tried to reach me but couldn't - I paid for engraving but didn't include what it should be. I again sent them the same text from the initial order and was told: I just informed my colleagues to add the engraving and ship the order as soon as possible.

May 27th I followed AGAIN because my status is still "unfulfilled" and was told: Hello, order is shipped out. I have requested your tracking number and will get back to you with it.

May 28th order 12116634 is still in an unfulfilled status - I am VERY frustrated. I would have given 5 stars after my first order, but this has been a nightmare! horrible communication on your end and false info given in response to my queries! I have been told twice that the order was shipped and I would get tracking number, and still says unfulfilled

Good accessories but because it is from a non EU countries local custom can keep theme for a while. Took 14 days to arrive at home in EU.

Order placed a month ago and I still haven’t received anything. It was meant to be a birthday present which now has long passed. Customer service not replying to my email as they say the order has left country of origin but they can’t tell when it will arrive. If I had known it would be shipped from Serbia, I’d have just ordered it from a local shop (which many of them sell similar items).

Update: I have finally received my order at the beginning of April, approximately 1.5 months after I placed my order. Again, the issue was the company did not warn/highlight the fact that the order will be shipped from Serbia so there’s basically no guarantee of shipping time. Avoid if you want your order to arrive on time otherwise you might likely end up not having your present ready for special occasions.

Ordered over a month a go and nothing has been received. They have now stopped replying to my emails too. Please don’t waste your money.

The engraving on my keyring is unreadable, mybookeez did black engraving on black!!!
When I contacted them they said it was gold engraving (clearly not!) & they had tried to do it 3 times!
So they knew it was unreadable and they still sent it to me without mentioning it!
They are uninterested now I am questioning it and asking for the price of the engraving to be refunded as they cannot engrave it properly! .... they have tried 3 times!

Totally not worth the 30day wait. Had to pay so much extra for customs. Beware of extra costs, if you decide to order!!!

Came right on time for Valentine's day as they promised.
We are so in love with the keychain and my husband says its the best gift of all time. Will buy some more in the future for sure.

I was so worried I had been scammed as I saw this advertised on Instagram and clicked through. Nearly two weeks later I didn't have my order, but then on the 14th day it arrived and it was utterly perfect. I was so, so happy. Turned out that they're made in Serbia so took a while to get through customs in the UK.

Do not use they won't send or give a refund definitely a scam

The product was advertised on Facebook so I had my reservations about what the product would be and what level of customer service I would receive if there was an issue. The customer service was excellent and the product exceeded my expectations! They even made sure to have the item delivered before Valentine’s Day for me!

Cute little gift. Fast delivery, kind customer service. Recommended 10/10

It is easy to order and great present for anyone. It is practical because it is small. Delivery is very fast and employees are very kind.

One little advice: it would be better if the book is packed in some cute box or something like that.
