Poor quality…

Very surprised to see 5 star reviews on there site! Poor quality, not worth the £40 I paid and should have considered the fact there’s a no returns policy!
Took almost 3 weeks to arrive and no response to my emails. Would not recommend!

Absolutely diabolical service

Absolutely diabolical service. The boots did not fit and they refuse to give a refund or even an exchange despite me contacting them within days of receipt the response I got said -

We have looked into whether we can make an exception for you but we face the following issues:

Limited Stock: We currently have very limited stock availability for these boots due to a supply shortage, meaning we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange for a different size or colour.

Warehouse Closure: Our warehouse operations are temporarily offline, which prevents us from issuing a return label or processing physical returns efficiently right now.

I responded to say that this was not acceptable but despite chasing they now ignore my correspondence

I would not recommend buying from them

Definitely don't order from them

Definitely don't order from them. The product is not of good quality for the price. I am a ladies 7 in Australia sizing and they arrived and are too big. I emailed expecting that I would be able to exchanged for a smaller size but response was we sent the order correctly so no exchange. Very disappointed. I would advise to shop eleswhere.

Hands down the worst company I’ve ever…

Hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Rude,incompetent and lie. Delivery is so late, and this isn’t the first time, they won’t let you send the back. I will never use this company again. Do yourself a favour and order from other companies online selling the same boots!!!

Terrible company!

Terrible company!! I haven't received my parcel and they are refusing to refund! They take forever to reply to emails and repeat themselves saying I need to wait for them to investigate! This has been a couple of weeks and I've had no update!! Customer service is awful!

Poor quality product and service

Not a good experience so far!!
If the boots don’t fit or you don’t like the quality they will not refund or exchange the item.
Im stuck with boots that don’t fit me, even though I got my regular size and I can’t return them!! A total waste of money.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I placed an order for ann Xmas present and never received confirmation. The money also did not leave my bank so after two weeks I figured that I must have not placed the order, no emails in my inbox or junk. I placed the order again, thinking they were a legitimate UK based company, as their website and socials imply. This time I got a confirmation email and the money left my bank, one day later the money for the first order leaves my bank. I tried to contact the customer support only to find that the email on their website actually changed when I clicked the link. I had no response from a couple of emails so contacted them on instagram. They did respond but made out it was entirely my fault and that they would not cancel either order, despite the tracking showing that both orders were currently in China!!! The saving grace is that they were received, not quite as nice as the images on the website. After a few messages back and forth they decided to just ignore me so nothing I can do but swallow the issue. Please DO NOT order from this company if you want UK regulated service, you will not get it!

Do not order from this company !!!

Do not order from this company !!!! I ordered boots, came from china not uk and arrived damaged. Only way to contact them is via email, they made up some excuse as to why they couldn’t issue a return label, emailed a few times with no response for refund in the end had to go to my bank.

Finallly boots arrived took two weeks
Thought this company was British but it wasn’t
However arrived quicker than temu so that bonus
Did email them to ask where they was and they did respond after day so that was good sent me link to track on line
It said they’ve somewhere else than said they was out of delivery
They arrived this morning they are amazing quilty even the socks i ordered are good quality x came in a Plastic bag not boxed as the video showed but still packaged lovely
Would order again as want the apricot ones
Friend ordered similar pair off Amazon and they not as good quality as they are from my boots x

Only gave 1 star as can’t select zero! Wish I’d come on Trustpilot before buying. Not impressed with quality and boots are too small in size, even though I read through reviews saying true to size. Their refund policy is, well, they don’t really have one! Don’t buy!!

I ordered theses boots b4…

I ordered theses boots b4 Christmas….took forever to get them. I ordered according to reviews. When I received boots they are to small. I have been trying for a month now to get someone to give me info on a return and so far haven’t heard from anyone.
I boots are great just small and need another size. Come on people get with it.

Boots are terrible

Boots are not good quality and don’t fit well at all. Website is a scam as it says they are a UK based company but in fact this is not true. Would not recommend anyone purchases from this company.

This site (myboots.co.uk) is a scam operation using a UK domain to trick customers into thinking they are protected by UK law. They ship low-quality items from China and then claim a "No Returns/No Refunds" policy.
​IMPORTANT FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS: > 1. Their policy is ILLEGAL: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel any online order for a full refund. They cannot legally opt-out of this.
2. Do NOT pay for return shipping: If they haven't provided a UK return address or told you upfront (before purchase) that you’d have to pay for international returns, they are liable for those costs.
3. How to get your money back: > - Do not waste time with their "support" email.
​Contact your bank (Mastercard/Visa) and open a dispute for "Misrepresentation" or "Merchandise Not as Described." > - Tell your bank the merchant is in breach of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 by denying your statutory right to a refund.
​If your bank (like Revolut) rejects the claim, demand a "Final Response Letter" and take them to the Financial Ombudsman Service. It is free for you, but costs the bank £750 to process—they will usually refund you just to avoid the fee!

These boots are as gorgeous as they look in the advert!

Just received my boots after ordering a few days ago and I love them!! I’ll be honest, I ordered them then read the reviews on here and panicked, but I can honestly, they’re gorgeous and I’m very happy!! They’re well made and I got the beige colour and true to size. Very pleased with my purchase x

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. The boots they deliver are not the same as advertised. You can get the exact boots from Amazon and SHEIN for less than half the price.
The boots are sent straight from China, it’s not a UK based business.
I am in the process of speaking to citizens advice about how to get a refund. I have been back and forth with MyBoots who have said they are reviewing my complaint. Absolute bull.
Their policy says ‘no refunds’ however in line with the Consumer Rights Act they have to give a refund.
“When you shop online, you  can change your mind from when you place the order up to 14 days after receiving the item. This is enshrined in law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once you’ve changed your mind, you then have a further 14 days  from the day after cancelling to send off or hand back the order to the retailer.
It doesn’t matter why you’ve changed your mind. These distance-selling regulations apply to all purchases where you’ve bought the item away from the seller’s premises. That includes purchases made online, by postal order, over the phone and through TV shopping channels”.

Cheap Chinese rubbish

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Took forever to be delivered and the materials used are poor quality. The website says they come in a box but turn up wrapped in a plastic bag, they are not even branded with the company name. Instead it’s a random Chinese company on them.I would avoid this company at all costs.
