Unfortunately, although I wear a 40 size person in shoewear, this pait war too big for me. I wonder if I could exchange it for a 39 size

Ordered to Estonia, shoes delivered under a week and service was great.

I ordered an item that was listed as available, but my order was canceled without any notification. When I reached out for clarification, I was told it was out of stock, which raises the question—why allow me to purchase it in the first place? The whole process feels disorganized and lacks transparency.

Additionally, while the products are often advertised as being “on sale” to make them seem like great deals, the quality is underwhelming and cheap. It’s disappointing, and I can’t help but feel the business practices could be more trustworthy. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The price is competitive, but once you are gonna pay the product becomes much more expensive, between delivery and taxes the product was 31€ more expensive than the price advertised.
Then at the beginning the website said that product was in stock and after 4-5 days they said that product wasn't in stock so I had to wait longer to get them. Tracking is not the best, no much information offered.
The overall exoerienc hasn't be bad, it's true that final price it is normal at the end and they were the only ones that had this particular product. Most likely I'd buy again with them.

My order was delayed because one product wasnt avaliable and I wasnt informed until I called the company asking where my order was.they gave me 10% discount for my next order which is not enough for me after 15 days of waiting.thank you though for the cooperation.

But I order it nine days before the notice that the package leave your storage.I think you have to fix the delivery delay time.
