False advertisement - brought the XL Super Soft Pregnancy Pillow through Wowcher, pillow looks Plump and full, apparently super soft... the pillow I received was 1/3 full of stuffing, pillow case not soft or fitted onto pillow... when I went back to Wowcher to complain they said I have to contact the seller: MyBrandLogic - well I’ve now emailed them twice with no reply. On their website it says 100% money back guarantee, I doubt that very much! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. CHEAP. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

Had an issue with the product, but they sorted it out immediately! I was impressed and would buy from them again.

Item received and fast delivery, there was a slight issue with colour but emailed and customer service sorted the issue out straight away, would Use this company again and recommend it to others.

Received fit

bit. No charger. Corresponded with seller, he responded very quickly explaining you charge by removing one end of strap and plug into USB.
Fitbit is all I expected, very happy with purchase.

Ordered some lights through Wowcher, the wrong ones arrived. After an email to customer service a very prompt response came back that they would dispatch the correct ones and to keep the other ones.

Excellent customer service, I had a query regarding charging my smart bracelet. Got a prompt clear reply with clear instructions how to charge it and a picture explaining how also.

Very pleased with the response.
My Fitbit watch did not have a charger as stated in the despatch note, but I just needed to detach one handle and it showed a usb arm to plug into a charging socket. All is clear now.

Fabulous customer service. I emailed with a query and received speedy and helpful email responses. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the product I bought, but I couldn’t fault the replies and customer services I received.

I received a smart watch that was unresponsive to touch in certain areas and not compatible with my Iphone - i emailed the customer service team and received a very quick response. A refund was arranged straight away. As disappointing as it was that i cannot use the watch i would trust the company to make a purchase with them again as they dealt with this very efficiently, they didn't even make me return the product, it was completely hassle free.

I had a problem with a Smart Watch. I was offered replacement or refund no quibble.
All emails answered with no delays all very professional.

Excellent service and product-outdoor lights- there was a delay with delivery due to covid, not the company's fault. I emailed them to enquire and they automatically went to issue me a refund and were full of apologies. The same day my order arrived so I emailed them back to tell them so they could put a stop on refund. Fantastic customer service, best I've ever had with any online order..
