Transformational!

I worked with Chris re: my anxiety. It’s been life changing. I’m never as anxious as I used to be and just feel like my head is so much clearer. I felt the lift as it happened. Just incredible.

Sleep

Having struggled with sleep on and off for years, and trying different solutions without much success, my wife suggested I speak with Chrissy.

We had an initial call for Chrissy to understand the background. Immediately it was clear to me that Chrissy is genuinely interested to help and listen to my story.

From this we agreed to have a second session where we would work through some exercises to try and tackle areas she felt were impacting my sleep.

Throughout the session I felt comfortable being open with Chrissy about historical events/emotions that may have contributed to this pattern of poor sleep. Chrissy always explained why we were focusing on certain activities, and provided me with a number of actions & solutions I could utilise.

As a result, the quality of my sleep has improved, and I feel empowered to deal with times when I don’t sleep so well/confident I will sleep better more regularly.

Chrissy has also followed up a number of times to check on how I am. She clearly cares about who she works with and is evidently passionate about helping people.

Thank you

Went to Chrissie for some help due to a situation. Her approach was so calm, friendly welcoming
I felt at ease right away, felt heard and under stood.
At the end of our session I felt so relax, calm and know what direction I need to go.
