I have used MyBTC for a few years now, throughout the years they have always been quick to respond to my technical issues. BTC arrived with no issues. Customer service is always quick to respond and resolve problems.

I have used mtbtc for around 7 years now. I purchase small amounts for personal transactions ranging from 30-250$ It has always been smooth, account is easy to setup and get verifeid. Purchasing is smooth, And they are one of the only canadian providers to have etransfer and credit card options. I have never experienced any downtime or errors when using the service, and the customer service help was excelllent when i had account recovery issues. I would likely only recomend MyBtc if it had a few more options and was more robust.

Once you get past the initial verification and you do your first purchase things end up moving very fast but it just take patients at first but it is well worth it note there is a minimum $10 fee on whatever amount you bye but they offer E transfer bank transfer credit and various payment methods and i highly recommend them compared to other services that sometime have a 100 min purchase req etc. Also very happy with the customer service definitely recommend
