Purchased BTC from these clowns an aeon ago. Lost the phone with my wallet on it. Called customer support and was ignored. Asked for a call back for assistance. Was told in the live chat (1 response every 2 hours) that i should hire an investigator to recover my coins and the case was closed. Finally got the help i needed from the community to recover my coins no help from these asshats. Their website and msg machine clearly indicate that they supply customer service but they simply do not. Not a pleasant experience with their customer service. will not use them again

Paul, if you forget where you sent your Bitcoin years ago the onus is not on our Company to investigate the blockchain for you.
If you bought a golden ring and then drove to any beach and dug a hole and buried it, and then forgot the location, would you go back to the store and ask them to go find it because you lost it?

Probably the best way to buy bitcoin online in Canada, doing the online verification is really fast if you put the correct info they’re asking for, I was buying bitcoin as fast as you can send an e transfer which is also a way to purchase more currency, an the support team is super helpful an easy really nice, overall great app for what I need it for an would recommend it if ur buying bitcoin an trading!
