Super Fast! Excellent Customer Service
Will definitely use this Driver’s Ed company in the future for my other children! My daughter completed this course on a Sunday afternoon. We emailed their Customer Service that night about needing the certificate fast for her upcoming DMV appointment and received a response within 10 minutes - on a Sunday! Her certificate arrived in the mail on Wednesday! Extremely pleased.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I sent multiple emails to MyCaliforniaPermit and they didn't have the common courtesy to respond once, even though their website says they will respond within 24 hours. I would steer folks away from these folks.

Absolutely false! We pride ourselves with award-winning customer service and we most certainly did reply. In fact his question was attached to a auto-reply information email from us with his answer in it.
If he would have just read our original email before complaining he would have found his answer.

i have no complaints about My California Permit Drivers Ed. i find it much better than any other companies i looked into. it's so much easier completing the lessons at your own pace rather than other companies that force you to complete lessons in the given time frame. also, the price is much more affordable than some other companies. i've recommended My California Permit to multiple friends and they've all had good experiences like me.

The course was very thorough and made sure to leave no information out of the picture and went into detail to. The quizzes at the end of each course really helped solidify the knowledge into my head. However, some presented information was unnecessary to get a permit. I really didn't need the complete history of the automotive industry cluttering my mind.
