Absolut SCAM!
Both the rings I bought had the magnets fall out. I emailed them several times, providing pictured and never heard from them, did not receive s replacement
Avoid at all cost.

The item is a total scam. It is cheaply made in China and was too big (very hard to adjust). It tarnishes and does not help anything it claims to do. They wanted me to pay to ship it to China after I tried to contact them four times with no response. Horrible customer service.

I ordered my Calmi rings (2) on 5/1/25. As of 6/6/25 I still have not received it. I have contacted the company on 5/19/25. They gave me a tracking number that I have been tracking. I again contacted them again on 6/4/25 as the rings (I purchased 2!) and they gave me yet a different tracking number. At this point I ordered these almost 6 weeks ago.
I would like to give a review of the rings themselves, but I can't do that without the receipt of them.

They are not responding to my request for a refund even though I followed the policy they have on their website. The ring is too small for my husband's hand and they put his ring and the other ring I ordered for my mom in the same box which means that I could not gift them.

Advertised as a US-based company; however, the shipping information for my order indicates that it is coming from a different country.

I placed my order on May 5th and, as of today, May 28th, I have neither received the product nor a refund. Furthermore, customer service seems to be non-existent. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via email, and the only response I receive is the same generic message.

This leads me to believe that all reviews about how well this product is are lies. The one person I know who actually received the ring said it was plastic and not metal.

This company is a scam

The ring did not fit any of my fingers (or thumb) and when I reached out to customer service it was just AI responses. No one cared or gave me any tips. The product was not fit for purpose or useable in the way advertised. This product is grossly misrepresented. I gave time for them to respond and chased weekly but no response. I would not bother buying this item.

I have been trying to get my order for almost 1 month. I ordered 2 rings but got 1 and it arrived almost 3 weeks after ordering. They block comments on their IG account probably because of their poor customer service. I tried to leave a review on their website and it only lets you pick 5 stars! This place is a total scam! Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered a ring at the start of May and I have have no other updates since it was supposedly dispatched. Tracking information has not changed since I received the shipping confirmation. I have tried to contact calmi to get an update multiple times and I have never had a response. Awful customer service and still no ring despite payment. Would not recommend.

I ordered my ring at beginning of May and chased up a week later as money had been taken but no update on delivery. Was told due to an error with carrier order was delayed but would be with me in 6 days as had been sent with new courier. Chased after another week as not delivered and told same thing again, would be with me in 6 days. Requested a refund, ignored but told would be with me in 6 days. I paid extra for postal insurance and would like a refund please! Stop ignoring my request and wishing me a beautiful day - it's really not OK.

Fraud. Neither the original order nor the replacement delivery have arrived. The shipment tracking says only label created. Customer service writes exclusively "good news, your replacement delivery is on its way" I never demanded this. I wanted my money back when it was clear that the order did not arrive. Fraud across the board!

When I ordered the Calmi Ring the only one that they showed that was available was gold. After I ordered it I started getting emails from Calmi showing silver rings. Before I received my order, on 5/1/25 I asked if I could exchange the gold ring with the silver one. No response. I sent another message asking about the exchange on 5/8/25. No response. I resent my message on 5/13/25 as well as notifying them that I have been double billed. No Response.

As soon as I bought two rings I saw one colour was wrong. I sent 4 emails and nobody answered. 2 weeks later the rings arrived with the wrong colours. I kept them and started using and three days later one magnet went off the ring. Another email but no answer at all. Same quality of ring and customer service: very poor.

Placed an order for Mothers Day. Ordered with ample time for delivery. Got an email saying items shipped, but as we tracked the shipment, there was no movement. We reached out and we were given a response that there was an issue with the carrier and multiple parcels. A week later we received a new email saying the item has been found and we can now track the shipment (which now shows the item was picked up from the warehouse). So was the item ever shipped or not? So much for Mothers Day gifts. Now we look like bums who forgot our friends and family. Thanks!

Tracking number given almost immediately. However, they kept sending emails informing they are preparing my package and asking me to add more products. After 1-2 days of feeling uneasy, I emailed them for a refund. Suddenly, the package has been sent out. However from the day I paid, the tracking has never changed even after giving 1-2 days after the email stated ‘package has been sent out’. And now, no more email from them. This website/company is a fraud. 1st bad experience from shopping online. If you are able to report to your authority, please do so as the number of fraud has risen since I decided to check on them after my purchase.

Don’t order from this place! I have never revived my order despite it showing as delivered. I have reached out to them multiple times with zero response. Very frustrating and disappointing.

This is a ring that should have magnets, after 4 weeks there are no magnets left

Company took my money immediately but order never processed. They responded to my first email blaming the shipping company saying a new order would be implemented but still nothing. Now they stopped responding to my emails. Company seems like they are either a complete scam or overwhelmed and ignoring the issues. Either way stay clear still they get their issues sorted!

The magnets are falling out after about 2 months.
