Excellent and efficient customer service. The whole holiday went like clockwork. The hotels were great, as were the excursions. Everyone I spoke to at My Canada Trips was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the itinerary and information before our trip was comprehensive.

Just returned from a fantastic My Canada Trips holiday. The itinerary worked really well with just the right balance of organised activity and free time. The organised trips all had interesting and knowledgeable guides. Hotels were of excellent quality in good locations.

I had done some research before I made a call so had a rough idea what we wanted to include in the itinerary. These people are the experts & have been there so know exactly what they are talking about. Had a couple of very informative conversations with the lovely Jennifer Richmond who gave me some great advice. We fine tuned the itinerary and now all booked up for our September 2027 holiday, can’t wait.

Jennifer had drafted an itinerary for us for 2025 but we couldn't book at the time. When we were ready we went back to her, and she was able to put together a bespoke itinerary for 2027, taking into account everything we wanted to do. She was professional throughout tweaking and adapting the itinerary to suit us.

Cheryl was great. She went through everything on the itinerary. We are very much looking forward to our trip.

From not being on our travel documents that we should make our own way from the airport to the hotel, then myself and my travel companions bookings not being linked, I would say that it was a sub par experience. Because our bookings weren’t linked, even though we booked our trip together by video call, our seats were not assigned together. My travel companions and I do not think highly of My Canada Trips at all.
This was a bucket list’ trip of mine , and I felt very guilty about putting my relatives through this trip.
The service was amazing on the Rocky Mountaineer, the food not so much. I’ve had a lot better on a cruise and my cousin ranked them with school dinners.
I had dietary restrictions and instead of having something different I had whatever was available without the sauce/dressing.
This trip was expensive indeed but certainly was not worth the price.
I do not recommend this trip.

From start to finish my canada trips were amazing.
They sorted everything out and put us at ease. I knew we were in safe hands from the off.

A fantastic holiday where everything worked perfectly. We travelled from Toronto to Jasper on the Via train. The food was excellent and the views were amazing. All the day trips from Jasper and Banff were great and we were very happy with the choice of trips which My Canada Trips advised us on.Finally we travelled from Banff to Vancouver on the Rocky Mountaineer. This was the holiday of a lifetime which we will always remember. Thoroughly recommend My Canada Trips who helped us choose the itinerary and tailored everything to our requirements. A total success!
