Order didn’t arrive. No refund. Bad CS.
I ordered 2 items on Friday. By Wednesday they still hadn’t arrived. After numerous unanswered emails I finally got a response telling me that both items were out of stock. No mention of a refund. Thursday I asked for a refund. They said they had refunded me on the day I ordered. This didn’t happen as I didn’t know my order wasn’t on its way. I had received a confirmation email to say so. I also had my bank statement to prove that. Not only have they spoilt my sons birthday party display as I’d ordered over 150 sweets to make it, I’m having to fight for a refund on my sons birthday. The communication has been absolutely diabolical and I’ve now got to source the display locally or not to it all and fight for a refund all because of their lack of communication and when they do it’s short, dismissive and not accurate.
