Windscreen wiper detached in heavy traffic
Hiya, service went well (included windscreen wiper replacement) and process was good but then I was driving in heavy traffic when my passenger side windscreen wiper flew off. I had to drop off my passengers, return to the scene and recover wiper assembly. (Luckily not raining). My usual site Pulteney St was closed so I was lucky to be able to get to the Churchill site before it closed - opposite direction of where I needed to be. The fix was easy and all good now, but did require the run around to get it sorted.
Everything satisfactory as usual
Outstanding service
Outstanding service. The attention to detail during the vehicle inspection exceeded expectations and is something many places fail to deliver. The team was consistently professional, and respectful.

The break oil reserve was at low
The break oil reserve was at low, driver side door and hood were filthy with grease. I gave them a clean car and received a dirty car. Makes me think what kind of job they did to my engine during the service. Parked in the sun while have the facility to park under the roof.
