Quick easy Good satisfactory service

Dealt with my roadworthy in a professional and timely fashion. Very happy with their service and outcome.

What wasn't good was having a puncture. What was good was the fact that mycar said it could be repaired. What was even better was they told me that my tyres were covered by their guarantee because I had purchased them from mycar. The best bit was there was no charge and they were able to get straight on and fix it for me. I keep going back to these guys because I find them easy to deal and very helpful.

Yet again great customer service, Nathan was a great help.

Worst experience with car service. I left my car and informed them about an issue with a single tire. Later, I received a call from Silvia, who claimed that 3 tires needed to be replaced and the car was not roadworthy. When I offered to take my car back, Silvia insisted on charging me for the service anyway. The conversation was rude and condescending.

It makes no sense why they would want to service a car they deemed unsafe to drive—it felt like a trap to pressure me into unnecessary expenses. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering escalating this to the ombudsman to ensure other customers don’t face similar treatment. Avoid this place at all costs.

I recently booked my car for tyre change. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a good deal and the tyres were fitted within a few hours of booking the car in. They come with guarantee, free tyre swaps and puncture repair. Very happy with the experience: Happy to recommend others thinking of tyre service.
