A problem was advised of after a previous service. I booked it in for these repairs during the next service. The car I drove home was like a different car, with these issues (I had not noticed) resolved. They rang to advise the rear tyres were showing cracking with age and I agreed to the replacement. When at home I noticed that a plastic plate under the car was hanging low. I advised the company, took the car back and it was repaired immediately. The staff at Cannon Hill Qld are always courteous and efficient.

The employee was courteous and helpful.

Often contemplated using mycar and finally took the plunge. Happy I did. One example being previous mechanic wanted to charge $150 for an engine clean which was clearly a rip off. mycar charged $50. I've been around a while (64 years young) and I know an honest service when I'm exposed to one. I will be back mycar - thanks. Pat Carroll OAM

I brought my car in for a puncture repair and paid for the service. The tyre was returned to me as “fixed” within the hour. The very next day my low tyre pressure warning came on, again... Turns out, when I checked the tyre it was clear that the screw was still in there. I could tell it was the same one as I had take photos before taking my car in.

When I phoned advising them of the issue, there was no apology and no accountability. I was told “maybe they saw another screw, pulled that out, and fixed that one instead”. I asked "is it common sense / standard practice to check the entire tyre before giving it back to me?" That's when he admitted that they likely didn’t check the entire tyre after "fixing" it.

Regardless of what repair method was eventually used, the first repair I paid for was not carried out properly, and I was sent back on the road with a puncture still present. This is a safety issue... not a minor inconvenience.

The lack of professionalism, inspection, and basic communication means I won’t be returning. I’d strongly recommend using another tyre shop instead.

My experience was overall disappointing. I booked my appointment far in advance and in my booking it said 12-2PM. I get there and the guy tells me pickup time will be 4PM. I had to stay around and work from the shopping centre. Around 3 I decided to check on the car and drop some groceries, turned out it was long done - without trying to phone me. On top of that I never received an official report per email, as promised when I left.

Not sure if the checks where done well, and what to watch out for in the future. Overall not worth the time and money.

Reception was good and informative, my queries were answered and a variety of quotes were offered for tyres and my car was booked in to replace the two front tyres, these were replaced and I collected my vehicle when called,

Booking process online is easy to use and the cost of service is upfront. Friendly staff and good clean facilities. Drop off and pick up of the car with no hassles.

My car was ready slightly earlier than the specified time.
I always receive amazing service there and the process was very easy to book and pay online beforehand (new tyres).

I also had a recent incident with needing the brake light replaced and they mechanic there kindly helped me (on a Saturday too!) with getting the compartment open, which was stuck, to access the bulb. It was very kind and just another example of the great customer service there.

When we had our service we noted that the tappet cover gasket was leaking. The team went above and beyond to fix this problem.

Just really simple and easy. Great, helpful staff, efficient service and thus far they’ve always been reasonably priced.
