MyCar is cringe
Took over three hours longer than the booked pick-up time for MyCar to complete the service.
The staff seemed overworked and understaffed. I resultantly left with concerns about the quality of the work and felt like I’d supported their mistreatment by choosing MyCar.
Whenever I go to MyCar, I’m always made to feel like they’re pushing unnecessary “repairs” to hit KPIs.
They’ll often say things are “worn” and push you to get something replaced even though it’s not necessary. Often I’ll get second opinions and find that MyCar has greatly exaggerated.
The one I get every single time is the windscreen wipers. Brought the car in with 2 month old wipers and suggested they needed to be replaced.
I never feel like I can trust MyCar.

Epic road trip saved by MyCar Michael
We are on a roadtrip from Brisbane to Uluru. We means mum and two kids under 12. We had to meet our convoy for the next leg at 10 am and at 9:45 we discovered we had a flat. Rang RAA who had to co-ordinate with NRMA. While on hold I spotted MyCar Churchil and talked to Michael. He looked up my details and confirmed we got our tyres from them in Brisbane. After hearing our story he got me to bring the car in and got started on it before RAA took me off hold. The tyre was fixed within 30 minutes, and we still made our meet, albeit they had to wait for us a bit.
Michael saved our day, roadtrip and generally speaking, our butts that day. I’ve been telling everyone about the amazing service I received.
Thank you again!
Agnes and the kids

The team were thorough in the inspection and work understands. They were transparent in cost breakdown and work undertaken and work required. I needed a new mechanic so came in really assessing the team and their work, I came away happy and confident in them and their work.

Paid for Nothing
On 31.01.24, I had booked an essential service to be done on 2.2.24 at 12pm and paid upfront $269 with Afterpay.
I was travelling from interstate to collect my 4WD from storage in South Australia, so I could get it serviced at My Car Church Hill centre.
I was running late and called to ask if I could still bring my car in, I was told the service would take 4 hours and that I would have to reschedule for the following week. As I was travelling, I did not reschedule the service.
On 24.2.24 I had emailed Mycar and explained this to them and requested a refund, I still have not had any response.
My Afterpay payment has been completed, without any service, response or refund.
I want a refund.
I do not recommend to anyone to pay for there service upfront before having the service done, because as long as they have there payment, they don't care if you have actually received what you have paid for.
I thought MyCar was a trustworthy bigger company and did not expect such treatment from them. Extremely disappointed.
Team were very good.

Went to get my car serviced (Log-book service $300). Had issue with suspension so asked to diagnose (Front and rear were making squeaking noise). They did a basic service and advised suspensions are fine. My car still makes a noise. Did not rectify my issue.
