The team are friendly, have great communication (they always call to confirm before doing any work that wasn't agreed beforehand), booking is easy, they don't try to upsell me on things I don't need, and my car always comes back better than I left it. They're not sleazy, they're not salesy, they just do great service. Couldn't ask for more.

I had a battery replaced under warranty.
It was done immediately. No waiting.Efficient and friendly service.

I have been going to My Car Greensborough for a few years. I have found them to be honest, reliable and great value for money. I love the bonus of roadside assist and the Flybuy points. Highly recommend.

We got our car serviced here on New Year’s Eve and was never told they’d be closing early, nor was it posted anywhere online. Throughout the day, they called me multiple times trying to upsell new tyres and other unnecessary upgrades, which I eventually agreed to. At no point did they mention they’d be shutting early.

Later, I received a call to collect my car, not realising it was just 15 minutes before closing, which turned out to be an hour and a half earlier than their listed hours. When we arrived, the place was already locked. As a result, we had no car for three days over New Year’s, which was a huge inconvenience. When they finally reopened days later , there was no apology or compassion from the staff, they couldn’t have cared less about the situation they’d caused.

To make matters worse, seven weeks later our car broke down on the freeway and had to be towed. The diagnostic showed a spark plug misfire, costing us $1,800 in repairs. Spark plugs were due to be replaced in the prior service, so this was clear negligence on their part.

Appalling experience from start to finish.

Very friendly staff, routine tyre change. Quite quick, and right next to the plaza so easy to wait for the car while having a gander at the shops.

Greensborough team fitted me in for an overdue service even though staff were off sick. Also completed the job with my required time frame.

Extremely helpful, easy to make the booking and accommodated me for a tyre puncture repair same day. They were very quick getting my tyre fixed and the spare refitted under the car.

I turned up with a flat tyre and the team were incredibly helpful. They assessed the tyre immediately and upon determining it wasn’t repairable assessed the other tyres at my request then sourced a good price for two new tyres and fitted them on the spot. Super friendly and helpful.
