Two wonderful mechanic's who helped me out and fixed my car half the cost of what another mechanic was trying to charge me for something that didn't need doing, I was having a pretty bad day when I pulled in but they fixed my car I Was back on the road the next morning, I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a mechanic

The mechanic was great and upfront about everything. He was super helpful and explained what he was doing. The car actually feel better and drives better after the service. I am sure now I found my mechanic after long time of searching.

we took the car to check for RWC the manager gave us a list of defects and one of defects was mismatch color and asked for body structural inspection report cos color doesn't match and is not safe to drive so annoying and unprofessional..... not recommend this garage and i am going to compline to VicRoads

I was very happy with the advice and service that I received. After shopping around for tyres I found the advice given at the Fountain Gate store was very helpful. Although the tyres that I decided to purchase were not available I was directed to the Hallam store to have the tyres fitted and they were done within the hour. I was really desperate as my tyres were in need of replacing and too dangerous not to replace. They didn't push to replace all tyres and understood that financially I could only afford the 2 tyres. Since going there I was made aware that they are also mechanics so I now will book my car in for a service as the guys are very friendly and helpful. Give these guys a chance to quote on your tyres - more economical than the big tyre suppliers!

Was happy with the service but wheel balance hadn't been done... as they were behind due to something not working..

Went in for a free tyre rotation (purchased 5 tyres from Mycar in Cairns), a wheel alignment and a basic service. Got a quote for over $2000 in repairs, including $70 to change 2 wiper blades and $120 to change 4 sparkplugs!!!!! A total rip off. Will never use Mycar again for anything other than the free tyre rotation.

Tyre replacement was done by Hallam Store. Team has fullfilled my requirements and be on time delivery.

Very courteous and prompt service on short notice. Able to troubleshoot problem, carry out repairs and return my car to serviceable condition in a quick turn around.

Tyre had a puncture, the team got working on it right away and I was out within 30mins.

My car’s alloy rim was damaged at multiple places during puncture repair.
