A new issue
We had a small service done yesterday and have now an issue with the side mirrors. A new issue that the van has not ever had. They were opening and closing fine and after the service they first went further out instead of in when trying to close them and now they are stuck.

The issue was diagnosed promptly and dealt with in a reassuring manner by mechanic Tony. He was very reassuring. A new battery was required and amazingly was delivered within less than an hour. We hope never to end up in our neighbours hedge again!

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Works carried out sub standard fashion. Car failed its MOT. Took multiple follow throughs to get any answer. No real investigation carried out. Facts of what occurred just brushed off. No responsibility taken. Will never use again . It took 4mths chasing just to get a brush off.
