My service could not be completed…
My service could not be completed because the engineer was issued a wrong part. He offered to come back and complete the service later. I heard nothing further from anyone. I called up after a month, a date was fixed for the work to be done. I took time off work to be at home, on the day nothing happened. When I called up to check, it turns out the booking had not been made. No real apology, no remedial action for compensation (they were not authorized to offer compensation, if you want compensation, write in to another address), I will not use this service again, I will actively discourage others from using this.

It was great for booking MOT with. However the car drop off time was totally unrelated to the actual service time at the garage. The garage had its own time slot which was not communicated to me beforehand. AA just asked me to drop off at the garage opening time. If I were told, I could have talked to the garage for the actual service time.

Quick, easy but disappointed!
The booking process was quick & easy, the car got collected from work & dropped back off all in a reasonable time, the garage was friendly & reassuring but my car came back with my dashcam not working, I got an engineer out to be on the safe side & it had been unplugged. When checking the history this was done on the service so quite disappointing that was the case!

Poor communication AA Smart Care to AA Service Centre and no communication to me
1 week later than the appointment that was booked online after calling the cancel the mot and service completely
No information provided during the day until I called to enquire how it was progressing
AA service centre said they couldnt give me any details about the work carried out in the service.

Great to have both the MOT and Service done at the same time. The AA made this a very easy process with lots of locations to choose from. Good deals from the AA for having both done together so win win all round. Very happy and would definitely recommend

I arranged for a service at my place of work. I was not contacted by the mechanic and he was a few hours late which was an inconvenience because I was working. But his service was great and he did everything very quickly .

Absolute rubbish
Paid via payment assist. Made 2 payments which cleared but AA cancelled appointment and blocked account claiming i hadnt paid. 3 hours on the phone and still not yet sorted. Customer service are totally incompetent and useless. Who knows whether i will actually get my service. Will never use them again
