The engineer arrived at about 9.00am Tom pick up our car and returned it 6 hours later, serviced and MOTd. Polite and friendly service. Only slight hitch was we had to pay the final balance of 1p and our app. wouldn’t let us pay such a small amount, necessitating a call to the AA who responded immediately with a 1p discount 😁

The work was carried out in my drive at home very efficiently I believe the chaps name was Andrew he was very informative and and showed me the exact work that had taken place. Would highly recommend.

I paid for my car service 1 month in advance and received numerous confirmation emails confirming my scheduled service with the AA. I was informed on the morning of the service that they couldn't source a replacement filter and the earliest reschedule date was over a week. Very dissapointed they had failed to procur parts and caused me time and money with having to arrange another service company at short notice. The AA customer service department did not respond to my written complaint.

The appointment from start to finish was exceptionally professional, I received the call ahead from the mechanic/patrol (James) which is always a great start. He arrived and carried out the work on the vehicle in a very professional manner, which was very commendable given that the rain did not stop throughout the duration of his call to change four sets of discs and pads. We also encountered an issue with the rear callipers, James contacted the local merchants and head office to make the arrangements and then collected the parts to complete the repair. One suggest would be for the provision of a canopy for the operatives to work under, this would seem only fair, James granted did not make an issue of the weather and as stated a star employee.

I’m very happy with the service I received from Oxford Car Care Ltd. I booked my MOT through the AA Smart Care booking system, which was very easy and straightforward to use.

The service at the garage was excellent. The work was carried out quickly, and the staff were friendly, polite and professional throughout. Everything was handled efficiently and with a very helpful attitude.

booked a brake exchange at work couldn't make the 8.30 to 12 pm booking
then said when we ordered them this morning
erm no chance of making morning booking
so i had to leave work early too have them fitted at home
they squealed from day one
i complained and the rep i talked too said that engineer no longer works for us, fills u with confidence doesn't it
2nd guy came out & admitted wot a crap job the first guy did
then after failing to take payment i get email text, messages after one another saying i haven't paid
even the girl I spoke to at aa smart care said its our fault
your lucky I didnt involve trading standards
the service you provide is shocking,
i will never use you again and never recommend you too anyone
thoroughly disappointed with your service
brutally the service you offer is shambolic

AA excellence- the AA have helped me out of sticky situations many times from flat batteries to car accidents they have been prompt, excellent customer services. I recently used there MOT and servicing service (at AA approved garrage) what a smooth experience and super that I found a garage that could collect my car and drop it back off. A godsend service for anyone that is getting on in years, disabled or has no one local to give lifts back and to to garrage. Highly recommend the AA.
