The AA site was absolutely amazing! My Son came to my home with his Laptop and within 20 minutes the car insurance was sorted. We got a really good deal and I would definitely recommend anyone to go down this road. Thank you very much.

When I called to add another car to the policy I already have and do not feel I was offered the 15% discount suggested on your advertising for a 2nd car, I was just offered the online price. I was also told I had to remove my no claims on my other car insured with a different company, I was not told this would either not be possible or cost me. I contacted my other provider who said I couldn’t remove it or if I did it would cost me over £300 just for the remaining month I have left on this policy when I called back to the AA for advise I was told no all I actually had to do was obtain proof of no claims so back to my provider and I got this emailed it in and was advised no I needed to change my policy with a new cost as I didn’t have no claims .. all in all not a smooth or enjoyable morning which left me spending more than I was quoted, also the fact I already have one car insured with AA but cannot log on with my email address for a 2nd is ridiculous and the reply when I questioned this was that I need to set up a new email address if I want to use the online facility for this new policy.. madness..

After a some phaffing around trying to get the accident details reported via the app , I was called back by a human and from then on the service was excellent and highly professional.
Repairs and replacement vehicle all sorted seamlessly.

Comprehensive information given when I rang to clarify certain points. Policy works out at half of my renewal quote from my existing company. As yet I have to delve into the small print but as far as I am aware the policies are comparable.

I was with Ageas car insurance, but this year the quote was almost double what I paid last year. I had made no claims or anything, plus I had 9 years no claims.

The AA quotation was very competitive for the same level of cover so I gave my money to them. Very straightforward and easy to take out insurance with them, and they are a big name. I have my breakdown cover with them, so I knew they could be trusted.
