Price , and AA NAME

I have my first insurance with AA, when got the time to renew I chose another company. I’ve been requesting a document as I need to provide to my new insurance company. I’ve requested through the app but still didn’t get it, tried to contact by phone but no answer at all, tried to get through sales as I was having no success through other lines and I was giving out by a sales person because I as calling sales line. My insurance expires Saturday and my new insurance has been cancelled because of the document that I need to provide haven’t been sent out to them. We are talking now a month to get a simple document and I didn’t get any support at all. Very disappointed and stressed out as I might not gonna be able to drive if it’s not sorted by tomorrow and try to get this document to the new insurance.

Still unable to see the Home Insurance when I sign into the AA App. Chat system is always closed - out of hours - so unable to get resolved yet.
Price & ease of taking out new policy was good.

Obtaining and paying for my Home and Contents policy was straight forward but for some reason I find I cannot set up an account on line as your system takes far to long to send my 6 digit email verification code and when it arrives it is usually past the expiry time so once I enter the code it either rejects it or it looks like it will accept it but then freezes and doesnt give access. Took out house insurance. Easily done online and helpline was good for one query.
Competitive rate.

Didn’t like that I couldn’t switch off the automatic renewal on line also it took an eternity to get through on the telephone but when connected the agent was helpful and friendly and dealt with my requirements perfectly

The young lady who I dealt with was very kind, patient. The only thing wrong was she couldn’t get it cheaper.

Easy to sign up and at a good price, I had a problem with the aa app but customer services Nicola advised where I was going wrong and was quickly resolved.

The website was esy to use and navigate. The cost was competitive for the level of coverage I wanted.
Hopefully I'll never actually need to use it to make a claim!
