It was very easy to speak to the AA
It was very easy to speak to a representative with excellent customer service and very efficient in explaining as well as arranging the car insurance.
Much cheaper than competition
First class experience
I rang today (25/06/26) at around 4:20pm as the clutch in my car had gone and I was on a dual carriageway. I was told someone would be with me at 5:20 but Ryan the recovery man (Doncaster), turned up at 4:55pm. After looking at my car he informed me that the bracket for my clutch had snapped and that he would try to create a temporary fix so I could get home. He was trying for at least 20 minutes in the blistering heat before informing me he would need to tow me instead. He explained in great detail what would happen and what I needed to do before towing me to two different garages and then dropping me off at home because he said it was on his way anyway. Not once did he make me feel like an inconvenience even though I dragged him here, there and everywhere. He even remained cheerful when we were stuck in 20 minutes of traffic. Very grateful to Ryan for such a fantastic response and for helping to alleviate some of my stress.
