Brake Disc & Pads Replacement
Really good experience with RAC Mobile Mechanic. They replaced my discs and pads efficiently and the work was carried out to an excellent standard. The mechanic was helpful, professional and kept me informed throughout. Overall, a smooth and positive experience, and I’d be happy to use the service again.

Good communications before arriving on time. Told me what he was going to do. Fixed the problem and carried out a full diagnostic test to confirm repair was successful and that there were no other issues. Would recommend RAC.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been waiting for 6 months for someone in the RAC complaints team to speak with me. I have made over 50 calls and no one has called me back.
I have been sent to the internal escalation team several times and my "case manager" hasn't got the courtesy to email me. I have asked to speak with any case manager and I am still being ignored.
But theyre ok to call me about renewing my membership which has lapsed because it has taken so long to contact me.
AVOID RAC and their AWFUL customer DIService.
It is truly disgraceful for a national company to act this way. [Thank you to the handful of staff who were actually kind in trying to help me]
Your system is broken. PLEASE DO BETTER!
Thanks for your message Brad, but I've heard this before. I won't hold my breathe or fear I'd passout. In the meantime, until I hear back from someone, I will continue to leave daily reviews. The financial Ombudsman advised me to contact my local MP and CAB in the meantime. You really don't get to treat people so poorly and think you can get away with it, shame on you all.

Good Service
My car had a good service and everything was fully explained which is more than you get from a garage. Having some idea of ETA of the technician would've been good. All the text alerts said I would however all a received was they were on the way and no idea how long that would be
