I asked for an engine oil change and a wheel balance service. When they do wheel balance, I asked to swap the front tire and the rear tire.,I had a mark on the tire side. just in case So when I asked why did not swap it, they told me several times that they swap 100%.,im Tired of their lies and excuses I just paid and my way out of there.I've been driving for two weeks now, and I wonder if they ever caught a volatilized lass, because the steering wheel and wheel are still out of alignment.,I'm really disappointed and I'll let my friends know about this.

Only thing when given list of things that needed work would have liked to know what if any were urgent. Perhaps list made in priority. Would definitely use again.

Had good experience at Mycar Harrisdale auto. Staff were polite and friendly explained what needed to be done and provided a quote up front. Efficient and prompt. Would have been 5 star if after the large amount spent had included a vaccum and wash before being returned.

My car had an intermittent fault, the team at Harrisdale got back to me within an hour with the problem and I gave them the OK to carry out the repair. I had my car back in 3 hours. I'm so happy with the service.

I had a good experience with MyCar who provided good customer services and helped me with arranging a seatbelt replacement with Mazda under warranty. Will return to My Car Harrisdale for the next service.

Easy booking through the website with clear prices that are set. No mysterious extras and 'but we had to..' that cost more. Service was completed quickly, friendly staff and accessibile location.

The team was awesome, our radiator cracked and was leaking. The team squeezed us in at short notice and we had the car fixed and serviced by the afternoon!
