I very much appreciate the service which has improved a great deal over the past couple of years, thankyou to Nick and Lucky! Chaz was also very helpful at the time when he was working at MyCar Hartwell.

Location was central to my residence. Calling the location, booking in an issue with my tyre, and getting the issue resolved, could not be easier. Great job to all involved to get me back on the road.

My car was in for a RWC and I was advised that the tyres were old and cracking and needed replacing. I asked for a quote to replace them with like for like tyres and was quoted a price I knew was very high. I made enquiries at another tyre dealer and was quoted $1000 less for the same set of tyres. On top of that, the other tyre dealer said that the tyres still definitely roadworthy.

Every time I take my car in even for the smallest issue the staff are quite rude and always never able to find me a reasonably priced tyre.
I live nearby but won’t be going back anymore given the staff are particularly rude, there’s always one young man who is by far the rudest.

Repair of coolant leak and replacement of thermostat housing for Peugeot 207
The guys at mycar were able to secure a replacement part in Sydney for the thermostat housing for a 14 year old car.
Repair cost was as originally estimated and quoted.
Great communication from the store manager on progress update for the repair

The boys were extremely nice and paitent with me. Treated me with kindness and respect and given my circumstances they were very accommodating and provided alternative options. Especially the manager (I forgot his name) but was absolutely outstanding!
