Friendly service, but missed or didnt know real issue.
Went in for 2 x tyres , in the door straight away and on the hoist, very friendly service .. I explained last set of tyres scrubbed inside this set scrubbed outside after a wheel allingmnet was done.
when I picked up the car I was told all was good new alignment done and no issues with suspension or any other part.
I went for a roadworthy the next day , the car failed as ALL the front end bushes and ball joints were stuffed.
All parts had to be rectified before a roadworthy could be granted..

Picked up problem, others didnt.
Had a persistent noise in front. Other mechanics at different service centres, said it wasn't a problem.
These boys picked up it up. Wheel Bearing issue. All fixed.
Noise doesn't exist anymore.

Unable to do warranty work
Booked in to do a service and some warranty work. Service went OK but they dont do warranty stuff. Nearest warranty service centre is 2.5 hours away.
