Great service, friendly staff, will go back again.

My car service booking said the car was ready to be picked up at 11am. At 10h45am, they did not start the car service yet. They kept arguing why I did not tell them I wanted the car at 11ham while I tried make them understand the booking clearly stated I could have the car at 11ham. The store manager then said I could take the car back and full refund would be made although I did not request. Looked like he did not care about the business and customer. Later, rang the call centre to give feedback. It was useless as the call centre man had the same ascent with the guy at the store. They protected each other

I had my car tyres replaced at mycar Hollywood Plaza and had a great experience. The team was friendly, professional, and even matched a cheaper price I found elsewhere.

They also checked other wear items and offered a helpful tyre care plan. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Firstly, I am not being racist, you need someone who can speak clear English & does not constantly talk over you. I was asked a question, which I answer correctly, my answer was ignored. After the service, on getting home I checked the air pressure in all the tyres, not one was at the reading documented. The engine oil was down by 800ml (1ltr). On going back & questioning I was TOLD that was acceptable. I pay good money for a service & this was NOT a good service. (DO I need to check everything under the car, gearbox, diff, transfer case) Still await the quote for additional repairs !!! How long do you wait for. Also, they can't even spell my name correctly.

I go here because they are honest and down to earth and give genuine advice as if it was their daughter/mother that owned the car. Service is always good, and it’s located within walking distance so very convenient.

Early 2025 i started taking my car to Mycar hollywood. I have never been happier with any other mechanic that my partner takes the car to so i started bringing my car here! the boys there are very friendly, very helpfull and would never go anywhere else! I still have a few issues that needs attention but money talks! But i will definately bring my car back here to these lovely men.

I was staying at my cousins for a couple of days. Decided to get the RAA out to diagnose a problem I had been putting up with for 6 months. Had a service on the car a couple of months before and they couldn't tell me what the problem was. After the diagnosis I rang a couple of places hoping to fix it for me on the same day. This was around midday. No luck until I rang Mycar and auto. He was already ordering parts while I was speaking to him on the phone. I said that I would bring it up so they could look at it. I left there at 2pm. They rang me around 3.45 to inform me of another parts damage and then rang again half an hour later to say it was fixed and running well. I was elated that they could actually fit me in to fix my car in the middle of the day. No pressure was put on me to spend maximum dollars. Highly recommend anybody to try this company first.
