When picking up my vehicle, I was informed that my car battery was good but the date I had it was a number of years. I immediately asked for a new battery and the staff were right on it and replaced it straight away. Great service and advice and thank you My Car!!!

The staff member I encountered via reception was very obliging sorted my issue. First time customer, not the last.

Well I have been taking my cars there for about 17 years and Damian always looked after me so stayed with him now he is on the road Jaz has taken over and he keeps my little lime green Honda mechanically fit for me so I am a very happy customer. Sometimes I even take them morning tea to let them know how happy I am with them.

The staff are always very helpful and keep you
informed of what is required to be done on the vehicle. I have been a customer there for at least 10 years and have no complaints at all.

I appreciate that the staff members called me during the day to discuss options for extra repairs that were needed and framing these options in a way that was easy to understand and considered my financial situation. I also liked that the different servicing options were displayed inside the reception area and the staff member took time to explain what was done when I picked the car up. Great experience - would defiantly recommend to others!

The guys kept me informed when anything extra needed doing. And they are so helpful with anything is needed extra explaining.

They went through all of the job options, financial options such as after pay and helped me prioritise what jobs needed to be done first. This was all done in an honest and factual way. I use mycar for tyres and car services because they are reasonably priced and complete the work in a very timely manner. I find is simple and convenient from the booking through to picking up my car when the work has been done. I also like the extra bonuses of ongoing tyre care and free roadside assistance.
