There was an issue with wrong size tyres being ordered but they rectified the problem very quickly.

Location was ok for me as I live…
Location was ok for me as I live nearby. Price of the tyres were on special. I was promised a call when the car would be ready for pickup by 1pm but there was no call and so when I went to check at 1.15pm it was already sitting ready for pickup. At least they could have saved me some time instead of hanging around the shops.

The mobile service was very efficient
The mobile service was very efficient. They came to my aid very quickly as I had a appointment to attend that afternoon. The guy who did was very friendly.
I rang Mycar today to book the other three tyres and I couldn’t understand the non-English speaking consultant. I was nearly considering hanging up cause I couldn’t understand him. Then when I rang back to change my time the lady didn’t know what a hubcap was. You need people competent in speaking English.
