Excellent and honest service
Excellent and honest service. Dealer advised that rear wiper needed to be replaced and quoted nearly $900 for parts and labour. Mycar Mt Sheridan suggested a secondhand part instead (via a phone call with no inspection option that the dealer had.
Once we got it there it turns out it was just a loose nut! Dealer either did not check or outright lied!! Good on the Mycar team for being honest.

I had an issue with my windscreen…
I had an issue with my windscreen wipers and decided to visit My Care Tyre and Auto in Mount Sheridan. I’m so glad I did! The team was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived and they fixed the issue promptly. Their customer service was exceptional, and I felt confident that they had my best interests in mind.
It’s rare to find a shop that’s both knowledgeable and genuinely caring about your vehicle's needs. I’m grateful for their help and will definitely return for any future car services. Highly recommended!

Excellence Service @Mycar Mt Sheridan
Mycar @ Mt Sheridan. I needed an urgent car inspection done and they were the only ones that could squeeze me in at short notice (during Christmas). The receptionist dude was pretty good and answered all my questions. The inspection was done quicker than expected and I got the certificate I needed to get my car registered. Amazing service, thanks guys.
Booked in for tyre replacement and wheel alignment. It was nice that I was also advised of my engine light fault code and brakes requirement. When I mentioned an air intake hose was split, the gentlemen happily took a look at it and explained the cause of the split hose. Just goes to show an extra care factor. Thank you!
