Car service and tyre replacement.
I recently had my car serviced and purchased four new tyres ahead of a proposed interstate trip. The service centre recommended the correct service based on the previous one and a wheel alignment for the new tyres. The customer service was much appreciated as the work that needed to be done was all necessary and the cars performance is better as a result.

Negligence
Came in to repair a perfectly good tyre and was told "legally" they couldn't change the tyre because of wear and tear. All 4 tyres were replaced recently. Picked up the car thought better to rant and walk away. Until the person servicing me says "hold on before you go" and comes and fixes 3 looses screws in the tyer that has been sitting there for 2 hours at least after the text received to pick the car up. They would've seen there are 3 kids car seats in the car and yet negligently leaving the car in that state. Yesterday was a good reminder why i don't take the car here. Never again!
