Tyre replacement done very efficiently and completed very quickly

Steve and the team go great work. My car has never been going better. They gave it the TLC and thorough maintenance it needed. Then there's Steve's great leadership, it was evident on all four times I was there. He runs a bright and tight ship and it's easy to tell that people like working there - laughing, joking and healthy banter while working. I believe this adds to the thorough and expert work. Then there's the way Steve prepared me for the dollar damage. And he found some savings so took this off the quote he gave. I know that's the way it should be, but who actually does that? Steve does. He comes across as a leader with ethics, know-how, efficiency and great people skills, Highly recommended.

I had my car serviced yesterday at MyCar and I'm truly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Steve at the counter, who was not only friendly and professional but also took the time to clearly explain all the work that would be done and the associated costs. This level of transparency and care made a big difference. I had previously used MyCar back in 2021 and, unfortunately, I did not have the best experience then, which led me to try other services centres. But this visit completely changed my perception. The service this time was exceptional, and I genuinely feel like a valued customers. Thanks to Steve and the team, I'II definitely will be bringing my car car back there for future services. You've earned my trust -and my business- again!
