Caleb and Logan once again are magnificent. Caleb has excellent phone mannerism and Logan is always, and will always be my favourite serviceman. Always honest, and does one hell of a great job. Will never betray the group at My Car Strathpine, 10/10 always

Fixes were not implemented. Vehicle is still down with engine vibrations.

Service is excellent, they explain everything that needs to be done and it's up to you if you want the work done on that day. My car runs so well after it's been serviced and they are they are lovely people to deal with.

Had tyres fitted ans balanced to my new wheels, all the wheel weights fell off before the wheels even went onto the car..

My son took his car into MyCar Strathpine to have repairs done, for a quote just shy of $1k. Came out with a quote for almost $500 for damages done to the car while in MyCar's possession.

He was told that the damages were not their fault, but while the car is in their possession I expect that they look after it.

Think very carefully when you take your car here if you want to come out with a quote for further work done due to damage done to the car while in their care. I certainly done, and won't be going back there again.

I cannot fault the respect and service I received. My car is purring.

I think a little expensive for just an oil change but does come with road side assistance, so I can cancel RACQ to save there

Also comments on next service and quote given same time when recent car service was completed is very handy to help budget going forward.

Excellent service

Had battery and istop malfunction alerts when I picked up the vehicle. Was told to run it for 20 minutes at home and if it doesn't go away, come back the next day. I ran it for 30 minutes and the battery and stop malfunction warnings were still there. Dropped my son off at daycare in the morning, couldn't leave daycare as my car wouldn't start. I had to call roadside assistance and get my battery replaced. Now (a week later) my car is telling me it's due for a service again.

Quick service, great work.
