Quick to book in but not great with service/initiative.

While they were quick to book us in for a car that was shuddering, we found service lacking. Got a call an hour or so later only to find all that had been done was the car driven around and no shuddering felt. No indication of checking spark plugs or anything. We asked for them to check spark plugs. They didn't have them but could order it. We brought it in next day. Two hours later, found out they didn't have spark plugs yet and it'd be another hour. Could have been told that right off the bat. It felt like reception didn't really know what was going on and that we had to really prompt for action on multiple occasions.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at MyCar Service Centre Wagga Wagga. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the level of detail and care that went into the work. They carried out a thorough inspection of my vehicle and took the time to clearly explain what was needed, what could wait, and what wasn’t necessary at all — which I really appreciated. There was no pressure, just honest and practical advice.
Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I was kept informed, everything was clearly itemised, and there were no surprise charges. It’s refreshing to deal with a service centre that prioritises transparency and customer trust.
The work was completed efficiently, and I left feeling confident that my car had been properly looked after. It’s clear the team takes pride in their workmanship and customer service.

Highly recommend MyCar Wagga Wagga to anyone looking for reliable, honest servicing at a fair price. I’ll definitely be returning for future services.

The guy was dismissive and uninterested. I'm still waiting for an email with the quote on the repairs that I asked for.

Had an amazing experience with Raghav and his team. I recently got new tyres installed and the service was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, quick, and very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and quality work. Thanks again, Raghav and team!

As usual, the staff are friendly and accommodating.
They listen and do an excellent job, because when picking up the vehicle, they explain problems found and provide solutions.

Was my Service even done?

It all started when I booked our car in for a service for $388 including wheel alignment and wiper blade check and fan belt was squealing. When I collected the car, no wiper blade report, rear blade still weathered, I start the car and fan belt squeals. Took the car back with less than 50km travelled and it needed a coil and 6 spark plugs… both $628. I was told they would call me back, no call back. Next day I was told they will call me back in 30min, no call back. I have had to call to get any information at all from them. Failed with all timelines, and just more money everytime. I also had to raise the fact that my rear wiper was still weathered and the fan belt is still squealing only to be told ‘yes I see that on the original paperwork’ weeks earlier!

Trust

I completely trust this crew, they have never given me any reason to think otherwise. They always explain the work needed and give fair estimates before the work is started.

Was not personally told about noise…

Was not personally told about noise coming from power steering, fluid was low and topped up but was that the problem?? I don’t know, is it fixed I don’t know.
Advised I needed 2 new tyres or would be not be road worthy.
No wheel alignment done (previous times this has been included) was advised would work something out. No wheel alignment attended as per information on tax invoice DEA our saying one was required.
Asked for a printout of the shell alignment was told printer was not working, but told “don’t need to worry as just being it back if any problems” what to be charged again on a job you should have done!!!
Previously new tyres had been placed on the back when should have been placed on the front. I had to ask them to be changed.
Wasn’t informed when car was finished.
Feeling lied too.
Not impressed with overall experience.
I have been going to Kmart for many years, This last experience maybe my last

Took a long time to get my car back…

Took a long time to get my car back after tyre change (5 hours). Tyres had glue stuck on side rims. Otherwise, they did the job. Also quoted for extra thing thing I asked them to check.
