Great service and flexible with dates. Very good communication

We have 5 cars in our extended Family & John has been looking after them for a couple of years now. They range from a 2021 Mercedes to a 1967 Holden. He personally oversees all repairs & will only handle the old Holden himself. His knowledge & experience is exceptional. I recommend John & his team for all vehicle servicing.

I have used my car for my last two mechanical visits. They have lovely customer service and go above and beyond to assist. Pricing seems fair.
Nothing has been too hard with the boys at Woy Woy.

Disappointed and annoyed as failed inspection on 1 tyre which still had tread markers below the tread.
Wanted to speak with manager Liam, but advised he had moved to another store and now managed by John.
Won't be returning.

Kmart Tyre and Auto, Woy Woy always give great service. Reliable, trustworthy and if any additional work needs to be done, they are up front, honest and communicate well the reasons why. John made sure additional parts were in the same day and all work completed in a great time frame. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

After a bad experience elsewhere Mycar at Woy Woy was recommended to me so I thought I'd try them. My experience from start to finish was excellent, I found John very professional and extremely honest and not at any stage did he speak down to me for being a women and not knowing much about cars. They fixed things that my previous mechanic had stated they'd done but obviously hadn't. I would highly recommend John & his team at Woy Woy, I now feel safe on the road.

Got in for a service quickly. On the day the work was done, I was able to pick my car up 4 hrs later, I was very happy with this and hadn't asked for it. Both times going to reception I was served quickly.
