I have had an exciting journey through the course – discovering the agile world and agile mindset in all the Scrum courses and, most recently, agile leadership. Thanks to the courses, which are perfectly linked, and the inspiring lecturers, I can clearly see the tools and opportunities for this creative, agile design of a healthy environment that focuses on people and is therefore sustainable in the long term. My heartfelt thanks to all of you for this powerful input, for which I would gladly have had even more time.

Just completed the Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) certification. A big thanks to Alexandre Chesnais for an outstanding course. Through practical team assignments and insightful discussions, we explored what it truly means to lead with an Agile mindset. The PAL 1 course with Alexandre was exceptional. He prepared us for the exam so that we could all pass, even those who have test anxiety. Alex brought his practical experience and examples as to how to manage challenging situations and organisational transformation as an agile leader. We applied the theory to practice in both individual and group work. Overall, the course not only helped us get certified, we have a toolbox, a new mindset and practical experience to put us on the right path towards agile leadership. The class was in German and those of us who are not native German (but have a good foundation) could follow easily. Thank you.

The course and the study were excellent. The teaching method was online and very precise and interesting. I was taught the various sprint ceremonies and their importance towards the definition of done and sprint goals. After the course of study, l had an depth understanding and knowledge about the roles of scrum master and the three artifacts of the scrum team. The functions of Product owner and developers was extensively taught.
