Horrible. Used 1x and they discolored (white).

i got a set of pots and pans as wedding present and it is already wrecked I need t buy a full new set and i am probably not buying from them again i got the beige set and it is all burned and stained looking so awful and it is just being used a year but it has been bad for longer i am holding and using the most before buying another set, so after six months using it, it wasn't looking good already

Bought a year ago, said they were dishwasher safe. Within one year the handles don’t work and I scolded myself, black comes off everywhere from the bottom of the pan and the first layer is peeling off inside and out. Contacted Carote who conveniently left if to over a year to tell me me ‘the would love to help, but I don’t ‘fit’’

Please don’t buy these, you get what you pay for and these are cheap, nasty and dangerous

Carote block knife set - knives rust after a couple of uses. Customer service is awful. They don't respond to issues with the product. Stay away!

We have had for three months so far. The quality is most important and they look and work great. The one issue we had was a loose handle. I reported it and they we very quick to help make it right. With in 3 days they have sent a new one out. Their customer service is very good.

Beautiful and high quality kitchen set! My friend said they are too beautiful to be used for cooking. I love Carote things so much that I subscribed to their IPO!

We purchased a white set with bamboo handles/lids and after about 5 weeks of use the lower part of the handles which are closest to the eye of the stove burnt and looked horrible and the inside of the white/off-white pans stained very badly.

This is a lovely set and is very attractive but it has design flaws with the handles being angled so low that they open flame on our gas stove burns them when cooking, even if you're really careful they burn, and the stains are awful.

I did contact customer service who promptly offered to replace them and shipped me a new set within 3 days. It arrived yesterday as promised - for this reason I give three stars bc that was surprising.

Would not purchase again. Does not last.

Handle became discoloured after use - customer services won’t replace ? Very disappointing

I ordered 2 sets of the carote pots and pans through walmart.com when they arrived one set of pans was in a box the other set was unboxed the set that was unboxed didn't have handles so I emailed walmart and they put me in touch with someone and we emailed back and forth I sent pictures of how my sets arrived and told the lady I needed 2 handles after waiting 2 weeks after 0 contact from the first email, I emailed the lady asking about the status of the handles she replies with how many handles were needed, I returned the email with the screen shots of the emails I sent to her and she replied too and I said once again 2 handles were needed then I said I guess it's a problem to get 2 handles to use so I would be returning them back to Walmart and that's exactly what I did!

I simply cannot fault these pans so far.
I was so impressed with the small frying pan that I bought the large lidded one as well. I bought the CAROTE Non Stick Frying Pan 20cm Induction Frying Pan as it is PFOA Free, All Stoves Compatible in White Granite, then went back for the large saute Pan with lid. I'm thinking of getting the set.
The look expensive, they cook everything perfectly, there's no harmful nonstick chemicals, hardly need any oil at all.
Nothing sticks to them.
They are not dishwasher compatible, but that doesn't matter as they're so easy to clean. Very impressed

Bought the 10pc pot and pan cookware set, and absolutely love this cookware

I have purchased three complete collections of these pans and I LOVE them so very much. I also just recently bought their knive block and knives and I love them as well. I have had them almost a year (on my pans), no scratches or staining at all. I store them in stacks as advertised and hand wash them with screaming hot water and Platinum Dawn!!

Was going to buy carote pan sets but after reading bad reviews on here I don’t think I’ll bother.

The concept of these space saving non stick pans is great. The reality is a let down. Yes they stack but the bases of them are quite rough so you need to protect between each pan if you don’t want them to get scratched when storing. Care leaflet does not advise this is necessary at all. Main issue though is the horrendous staining in the ‘frying pan’ size pan. I have NEVER burnt anything in it, never used metal utensils and never used a scourer to clean or put in dishwasher and look at the state of it. Had the set only 4 weeks! Even the pans I have steamed veg in or made a soup in have stained! Emailed manufacturer - no response as yet!

White pans do darken a little after use a long time, plus your heat should be a little lower, and when you clean them you just need to wipe them with water.

Nowhere does it state they darken a little after long use. I don’t call 5 weeks a long time. One of them is horrifically stained. Doesn’t any competent cook realise they cook at a temperature relative to what you are cooking? I know how to and when to clean a pan!!!! Good job they came via Amazon and they understood my complaint and refunded - thanks Amazon

Placed order at the end of December 2022 and still haven’t received them (April 2023). I have sent multiple emails to customer service trying to get an update but have not had any response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and after almost a month received a letter started Carote confirmed they have sent my items… which is news to me. I still have not heard anything from them nor have the items. I will be following up with the dispute. This company is untrustworthy.

Ordered a pot and pan set from their official website and it’s been weeks and it still hasn’t shipped. Can’t contact customer service, both of their phone numbers are out of service. Disputed the charge with my bank, hoping I get my money back.

I ordered a set of pots and pans a month ago. Have not received anything and have not received a response. All I want is my money back, but mycarote.com is a scam site people. I have a friend who had a nearly identical situation. I never had problems ordering Carote through amazon, just from the mycarote.com website.

No response from customer service after 6 weeks.
All three frying pans have handles that are discoloring and one of them let off a horrible chemical smell when I used it, so bad that I had to air out my house for hours and put the pan outside.

UPDATE: it has been almost 1 year since I contacted them and still no response from CAROTE frying pans. Their pan's handles melt easily and emit TOXIC odors. They do not honour any warranties. Their website talks about replacement handles, yet clearly they have no desire to engage with customers who want new handles. The product is faulty.

Emailed 2 weeks no response. Received my set and saucepan had broken handle. I should have known better to deal with a company that offers no customer service phone number they can hide behind emails. If I don’t get a response soon I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card. This company is scamming

As other reviews...
Milk pan Lid handle split" on arrival... Lets in water so useless.
Too much hassle to send back etc...Pan itself looks ok so far but not a good Omen.
