I wish I could give zero stars, because that’s the amount of help I received when attempting to contact them for warranty replacement. I recently upgraded my phone and the store carried Caseco brand products. I bought Screen Patrol screen and camera lens protectors to protect my investment, they were installed by an employee at the store and the price was on par with many of the other brands. The screen protector adhered well and the quality seems fine, although I wish it extended just a little more past the edges of the screen. The camera lens protector adhered well at first with no gaps or air bubbles underneath, but within the first day a bubble formed underneath which slowly grew until about 25% of the protector had lifted off. I returned to the store where I purchased and they replaced it for me with a new protector, but the exact same issue occurred again, this time even more quickly. I contacted Caseco through the email address provided under the Warranty section on their website, and hadn’t received a response after 5 business days, so I attempted to contact them through the online chat feature on the website. I waited for 30 mins and nobody responded to my message, so I sent a follow-up email. Once again, no reply whatsoever.

The product quality is subpar, and the customer service is completely non-existent. Save your money, literally any other brand is a better choice.

Just received my iPhone 14 pro max 5th ave wallet case and u love it . So far used it for 2 weeks and I have no issues

I ordered the sunset wallet case: case is VERY very rigid and would not close with credit cards in the card holders. Described issue to customer service representative, was told the case is fine, just has to be broken in and if I’m worried about the rigid wallet insert scratching my phone screen while I force it to close I should get a screen protector. There is no free return or exchange. Beware.

Why can I give these criminals a negative number? They take your money the minute you place an order. Then the narcissistic juvenile customer service becomes an exercise in elder abuser. And will not give credit. Not only was the product extra inferior, they are inferior. Tell you can return. Big ass lie. Do not recommend and warn people not to give this company an order.

Horrible customer service. The 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee policy is a huge scam. I ordered a mint colored wallet case that was almost $60. Wasn’t even a month before it turned gray. It didn’t have heavy usage as I only put the case on about three times when I went out somewhere that I couldn’t bring my purse. There’s no reason a phone case should be turning black after less than a month of usage. Customer service could care less. They told me there was nothing they could do because it’s my fault I got it dirty. What a joke

If you enjoy chronic spam email and text you have the right company. I purchased 2 items based on their description. The items were not as described and have been sitting useless for over a year. Since that time I get spammed at lease twice a day. An absolute joke for a company.

I love my Caseco cases. the quality is great and they have such nice designs to choose from. They fit perfectly on my iPhone 11 and keeps my phone very protected every time I drop it. I recently gifted a case from Caseco to my friend and she has been getting a lot of compliments on it.

The cases are absolutely wonderful design, texture and flexibility! I bought two artist collection cases for me and my sister. My niece has dropped my sister's phone but it has been protected by her CASECO case! It's really protective and has great designs! Love it and would definitely buy more for Christmas presents for my friends!!!

Have great choices to choose from. High quality and eco friendly. Will buy another surely.

Recently bought the iPhone 13 Blush Marble design from their artist series cases, and I'm in love! They really do live up to their "drop proof" cases, and the design fits my phone well. 10/10 would recommend!

I love how this case feels while I am holding my new iPhone 13! It is light weight but you can tell that your iPhone is protected. I have gotten so many compliments on this case, I love it! I will be purchasing another design for sure!

Overpriced, low quality product. They offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but they do not offer a prepaid return label. Cost me $6 out of pocket to return a $35 case. Product felt very cheap and low quality. "Designed in Canada made in China." Was on the box. They're charging upwards of $60 for products comparable to $10 items from Amazon. Avoid this company!

Got the Marble Wallet Folio Case for my mom's XR. I loved the color and the design so much I'm going to get myself one for my iPhone SE (second gen). I hope they have the same design so we can have matching cases.

Awesome wallet case! Excited to get my sunset blvd wallet folio for my S20 FE. Great wallet and the case fits perfectly. Definitely a good buy.

I just bought a sunset blvd case with a really nice color for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I would definitely recommend this company because they’re so helpful with the cases that they provided me. The case itself is a really nice wallet case that lets you add 3 cards inside so you don’t even need to bring a wallet and it’s pretty convenient.

Horrible. The case arrived and neither the magnet nor the metal plate would hold anything much less charge my phone wirelessly. I called the company and the customer service rep was argumentative and told me I shouldn’t expect the case to work as described on the website and I can send it back to them at my cost if I don’t want it.

Will never purchase from them again.
